Carbon 3D Printing Using Digital Light Synthesis™

We use top-of-the-line 3D printing technology by Carbon. Carbon combines the best hardware and software to produce reliable, digitally-crafted products with high-grade materials.

Carbon printers use proprietary Digital Light Synthesis™ (DLS) to improve the speed, accuracy, and design of our denture products. This technology takes the guess-work out dentures.

Using Keystone Industries’ industry-leading, patent-pending technology, we print 3D resin dental splints, nightguards, and bleaching trays. The resin we use is DLP-optimized and is an ideal material that combines protection, flexibility, and comfort.

Lucitone Printed Dentures

Carbon is revolutionizing denture material with their Lucitone 3D Digital polymer. A heat-activated smart polymer with a linear-elastic fracture toughness of more than 3000 J/m2, this material is twice as strong as Lucitone high-impact acrylic and 3 times as strong as the minimum ISO strength standard for dentures.
